Steele Capital Management is a financial planning firm in Dubuque, Iowa. In 2021, after over 20 years at a location on Main St., business growth led to the need for additional space. Gronen was hired as Construction Manager to oversee the buildout of a new space in the Dupaco Voices Operations Center in the Millwork District.
The end result is a Class A office space with high-end finishes that take full advantage of the large windows and natural light.
