"I cannot think of another time when a 250,000 SF warehouse was completed in a year, let alone the 9 months we were given with the Seippel Warehouse project. As a contractor, we can’t thank you enough.

 

Every project with your team is a success. Voices/Dupaco took a building that probably should have been torn down due to the deteriorated roof structure, and was transformed into a show piece in the Millwork District. We came in under budget on that one, which was in the middle of the pandemic.

 

Klauer Manufacturing presented its own challenges, doubling the footprint of a fully operating facility. We improved upon the schedule and completed the project early.

 

At the Roshek C&B/Heartland project, we had to add a completely new structure atop the 9th floor of the building. This one concerned me quite a bit. I knew the expectations that Gronen laid out for everyone and the amount of time you and your team spent triple checking everything on the weekends. I remember all the phone calls on Saturday and Sunday while you were down onsite. . . .

Gronen has out performed on some difficult projects. Not only is it a testament to Gronen, but the contractors that make up your team. The fact that all the same contractors want to continually work with you on the next project and the next project, speaks volumes. I for one, am very appreciative of Gronen and your team. I really want you to know how hard your staff works."
