In the Community
Gronen is proud to support the efforts of our team who volunteer for causes they care about across the community. In the past few years, we’ve organized a team to participate in the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk, we’ve planted trees with Dubuque Trees Forever, activated holiday cheer during A Merry Millwork Market … and so much more!
Gronen Guidance Center
Gronen believes family always comes first. During COVID, many area schools converted to either online or hybrid learning, putting great strain on parents. To show their support, Gronen hired two retired school teachers and opened the Gronen Guidance Center. Team member's children were able to enjoy the benefit of one-on-one guidance, which assisted with their school work.
