What Is Build To Suit?
Build to Suit is a commercial project or space specifically constructed to a client’s needs. From an indoor trampoline park, to a tech homebase, to an efficient update of space, the process focuses on one end user. Typically, clients hire a commercial developer to see the project through. The developer acquires, takes ownership, and manages the risk. The client then leases the property from the developer.
